About Pathway Home of South Central WI

Pathway Home of South Central Wisconsin works to provide shelter and comprehensive case management services to persons experiencing homelessness in Baraboo, Wisconsin and the surrounding area. 

 Our staff is committed to helping our residents build a better future for themselves. We provide case management and direct them toward other resources to help them on their journey.

Since our founding in 2021, we have helped over 200 individuals find stable housing and get back on their feet. Through our outreach programs, we have also helped countless others access resources and support they need to improve their lives.
